Deep Tissue

Deep tissue and trigger point work focus on areas of persistent tension and restricted movement. Pressure is applied slowly and intentionally, always guided by your body’s response rather than force. This work can be intense, but it is never rushed or aggressive. The goal is meaningful change with respect for comfort and nervous system safety.

Reflexology

Reflexology focuses on specific points in the feet, hands, or ears that correspond to areas throughout the body. Pressure is applied in a targeted yet comfortable way to encourage relaxation and balance. While work is localized, many clients experience whole-body effects. Reflexology can be calming or invigorating depending on technique and intention.

Trauma Informed Massage

Trauma-informed massage prioritizes safety, choice, and clear communication. Sessions move at your pace, with consent and comfort guiding every decision. Touch is respectful and adaptable, supporting both physical and nervous system regulation. This approach is appropriate for anyone who wants greater control and awareness during bodywork.

Bamboo Fusion

Bamboo fusion massage uses smooth, warmed bamboo tools to deliver consistent pressure across muscles and connective tissue. The tools allow for deep, flowing strokes without strain, making sessions both effective and soothing. This modality is excellent for large muscle groups and chronic tension patterns. Pressure and pacing are always adjusted to your needs.

Medical Massage

Medical massage is goal-oriented bodywork focused on specific pain patterns or functional limitations. Sessions are tailored to address issues such as injury recovery, chronic pain, or postural strain. Techniques may vary depending on needs and progress. This work is always collaborative and responsive, not prescriptive.

Graston / Scraping

Graston-style scraping uses specialized tools to gently address areas of restriction and tissue irritation. This technique can help improve mobility, circulation, and tissue awareness when used appropriately. Sensation varies and may feel intense in focused areas, but work is always done thoughtfully and within tolerance. It’s often integrated into broader sessions rather than used alone.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmic technique designed to support the body’s natural fluid movement. It can help reduce swelling, promote relaxation, and support immune and recovery processes. This work is light, slow, and calming rather than deep or forceful. Many clients find it deeply restorative for both body and nervous system.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy uses essential oils to support relaxation, focus, or emotional balance during a session. Oils are chosen intentionally and incorporated through inhalation or topical application. Scent can deepen the body’s relaxation response and enhance the overall experience. All oils are used thoughtfully, with sensitivity and preferences respected.

Percussion Therapy

Percussion therapy uses handheld tools to deliver rapid, targeted vibration to muscles. It can help improve circulation, reduce muscle guarding, and prepare tissue for deeper work. Intensity is always adjusted and used selectively rather than across the entire body. This technique is often integrated into customized sessions.

Stretching

Assisted stretching helps improve flexibility, joint mobility, and body awareness. Movements are guided and supported, never forced, and always adapted to your comfort level. This can be especially helpful for people who feel stiff, guarded, or limited in movement. Stretching is often combined with massage for more lasting ease.

Senior Massage

Senior massage is adapted to support aging bodies with care, comfort, and respect. Techniques are modified for joint health, circulation, and sensitivity. Pressure is gentle to moderate and focused on promoting ease and mobility. Sessions prioritize safety, communication, and relaxation.

Craniosacral

Craniosacral therapy is a subtle, hands-on approach that works with the body’s natural rhythms. Touch is light and still, allowing the nervous system space to settle and reorganize. This modality can be helpful for stress, headaches, and sensitivity-related conditions. Sessions are quiet, gentle, and deeply supportive.

Sports Massage

Sports massage supports active bodies before or after physical activity. It can help with recovery, flexibility, and addressing repetitive strain. Pressure and techniques are adapted based on training demands and individual needs. This work is as much about longevity as performance.

Hot Stone

Smooth, heated stones are used to help muscles soften and tension release more easily. The warmth supports relaxation and circulation, often making deeper work feel more comfortable. Stones may be combined with hands-on techniques for a grounding, restorative session.

Shinsho Shiatsu

Shinsho shiatsu is a gentle form of Japanese bodywork focused on energetic balance and nervous system regulation. Touch is calm, rhythmic, and supportive rather than forceful. Sessions are typically done fully clothed and emphasize grounding and whole-body harmony. This modality is well-suited for stress, fatigue, and sensitivity.
